Occasionally, items are drop shipped directly from the vendor. This allows us to be competitive, keeping down our cost and thus providing you the lowest possible price. Items drop shipped will be designated as such on the customer's invoice. Tracking information for these shipments is generated by the vendor. If not provided with your invoice, please contact us for a update.
All U.S. Domestic Ground shipments have a standard transit time from one to six business days. With the majority of order delivered within 3 days. We will make every effort to expedite your order as quickly as possible from taking the order, processing and verifying the payment to its final shipment. All U.S. Domestic Ground shipments normally ship out of our Pennsylvania facility within 2 business days or less. Large back bar mirrors are the exception and are scheduled to ship every Friday. If your item is on back order, you will be notified through an email from our customer service stating an ETA, estimated time of arrival. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your backorder to be available for shipment.
Our carriers of choice are Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and Bax Global. A tracking number will be forwarded to all customers who provide an email address with their order.
All damages to Back Bar Mirrors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Currently, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

The process for International Orders includes shopping and proceeding to checkout. A new shipping charge will be generated for all orders outside of the continental US (lower 48 states). Once your order has been placed, we will recalculate the shipping charge to its destination. You will be contacted for approval prior to further processing.
All duties, taxes and /or fees due on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your customs office for information related to applicable duties, taxes and /or fees.

Please be aware, should any of our carriers find addresses provided on your transaction form incomplete or in error, there will be a $10 address correction fee. Should your package be returned to us for an error outside our control and be required to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge may occur.
The customer is responsible for notifying The Pub Shoppe for any lost or stolen packages within 48 hours of delivery as defined by the delivering carrier.

All of our domestic and international shipments are sent insured via USPS, UPS, Bax Global or Fed-Ex. Unless otherwise stated. Should you find your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via our email Customer Service or by telephone at 1.888.384.3782. We will then proceed with the next step in the damage claim process. It is required you keep all original packaging until the claim has been settled with our carrier.
